Enhancing Citizen (Women’s) Participation in Grassroots Leadership and Decision-Making Processes in Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai District

36 community animators (33 females, 3 males) and 30 women leaders from 6 communities in the Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai district equipped with relevant knowledge, attitudes and skills in local governance and decentralization to ensure their participation in local governance and decision–making processes in their localities.

Interest of citizen (women) stimulated in local government system to facilitate demand for accountability at local government level.
